Chester Ready is a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives. We provide preparedness knowledge and personal emergency equipment to civilian communities.
Chester Ready
Whether a Kibbutz in Israel or a high school in the US, we can and must be better prepared to meet the violence and tragedy surrounding us. All too often, the innocent die needlessly because those around them cannot act.
Immersed in distractions, many are not even aware of the dangers until too late. “It will never happen here,” becomes, “I never thought it would happen here.”
Society today is conditioned to expect others to come and solve the problem in a timely manner. In a deadly attack, if they arrive at all, it will probably be too late. When seconds count, survival will rest on your own actions. Readiness increases your chances of survival.
Chester Ready raises funds to increase readiness at no cost and minimum interruption, by:
Chester Ready provides training in situational awareness, personal and community security concepts, first aid training for traumatic casualty care, and the development of physical and mental survival skills. Chester Ready training instills a bias for action, leveraging instinctive responses.
Chester Ready consulting and advising helps individuals, organizations, and communities prepare and respond to emergencies across the globe.
Individual First Aid Kits (IFAKs) and civilian emergency/survival kits are donated free to civilians who may find themselves in life-threatening situations such as terrorist attacks, war, or even a car crash.
